Tokyo TDC Vol.34

1990年にスタートしたタイポグラフィとデザインの国際コンペ「東京TDC賞」。本書は、2023年に開催された「東京TDC賞2023」に寄せられた3679作品（海外1696作品、国内：1983作品）から、デジタルデータでの1次審査、実物での最終審査を通して選ばれた国内外481作品を収録。

タイプデザインやブックデザイン、ロゴ、パッケージ、ポスター、WEB、RGBなど、2023年の世界中の優れたタイポグラフィとデザインをまとめています。巻末には、展覧会会場で展示された受賞者による言葉を掲載。表紙には、デジタルメディアのようなタイポグラフィと正の字で数えられたドメスティックな三十四、軽やかな紙にエッジが滲みそうな圧の箔押しのカバーが象徴的です。装丁は田中良治によるもの。

Tokyo TDC is an international typography and design competition, started in 1990. This book contains 481 works from Japan and abroad, selected from the 3679 entries received for the Tokyo TDC Award 2023, through the first round of judging in digital data and the final judging in real format.

Here is typography and design from around the world in 2023, including type design, book design, logos, packaging, posters, web and RGB. This book include words by the winners. The cover which has digital media-like typography, the domestic 34 counted, and foil-stamped on the light paper. Book designed by Ryoji Tanaka.
